Our classes offer programming in a challenging, yet scalable format, involving weightlifting, gymnastics, and other movements designed to help you reach that next level.

Includes unlimited access to ALL CrossFit & AEROFit classes and 24/7 Open Gym (HYBRID)

* Subject to additional quarterly $20 Affiliate Fee

 

PUNCH CARD

$200 + tax / 10 sessions*

*Sessions include any open gym, CrossFit or AeroFit Class. These expire after 90 days unless exceptions are agreed upon.

DROP-IN SESSION (CLASS)

$20 + Tax

Come check out what its all about. After you decide Aero is the right for you, your Drop In Fee can be credited towards your first months membership!

DROP-IN SESSION (OPEN GYM)

$20 + Tax

Would you like to Drop In during Open Gym (do your own workout, comp practice, etc) and not join a class? This option is for you!

**REQUIRES DOWNLOAD OF STREAMFIT MOBILE APP FOR GYM ACCESS**

 

DROP IN (1 WEEK UNLIMITED)

$60 + Tax

One week visit unlimited classes and open gym. Membership will expire 7 days from purchase.

CROSSFIT

Our program based on constantly varied, functional movement integrated with weightlifting and gymnastics performed at high intensity. Designed for beginner to elite level athletes.

CROSSFIT KIDS

For children ages 3-18. Based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency, and then Intensity. We emphasize on good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. JOIN THE FUN!

 

AEROFIT

Aero Fit is a 60 minute metabolic conditioning class focusing on functional movements with accessory work. Classes will include a variety of equipment to get you moving the way you move in life. From kettlebells, dumbbells, med balls, sleds, battle ropes to cardio machines in conjunction with body weight movements that will keep your body guessing and keep you motivated without getting bored or injured.

ADAPTIVE CROSSFIT

CrossFit can work for anyone regardless of physical disabilities and focuses on individuals with permanent physical disabilities (or severe temporary injuries.) We provided additional support and experience to enable impaired individuals to become comfortable with the fundamentals of functional movement.
