After the military, I felt lost. I gained about 50 lbs. pushing over 200 lbs at 5’4”. I joined a CrossFit gym back in 2018 and it was the best decision for me both mentally and physically. I got my confidence and drive back. Now I coach and train everyday. I have a degree in Kinesiology and apply that to my coaching skillset to help athletes realize their potential and practical fitness goals and limits. My passion is to help people overcome and conquer their mental or physical roadblocks.
