I was born and raised in North Jersey and moved down to the Tampa area to attend college at USF when I was 18. Growing up, I was always active and involved in many sports, but never any sort of weightlifting or anything like CrossFit! Even in my early adult years, I never branched much outside of my athletic comfort zone of standard weight machines and ellipticals, that is until I found Aero in 2012. My sister and I decided to give it a try on a Groupon deal, and even though we were terrified walking through the door, the rest is history! I've seen so much change at Aero over the last decade with changes of ownership, coaching, appearance and so much more, but the one thing that hasn't changed is the sense of family and community. Aero is more than just a place to exercise, it is a big supportive family and I'm proud to be a part of it!

What I love most about coaching is being able to help people see the best versions of themselves. With every milestone that a person achieves in the gym, whether it be to perform a specific movement, get a PR on a lift, compete in their first competition, etc., their confidence in and out the gym reflects that and I'm honored to play a part in that personal growth. You don't have to be an elite athlete in order to become better from CrossFit. I personally never have had it as a goal of mine to be a leader on the competition floor. I want to be better than I was yesterday, last week, last year, and my goal is to help my athletes feel the same whether they are on the beginner or advanced level.

Outside of Aero, I work for an amazing group of doctors in Wesley Chapel as a sonographer and really love my job! If you walk in and think I look familiar, it's probably because you've been my patient or their significant other, but I promise I won't tell!  I have the two best kids, Dalton and Addison, who have grown up around Aero and you'll often see them working out in the gym or even competing sometimes. They are my pride and joy and I'm so proud of them in and out of the gym!
