I am originally from Illinois and moved to Florida in 2004.  I moved to the lovely city of Lutz in May 2022 which was when I joined CrossFit Aero as a new member.  I have two very active boys that are involved in sports which keeps me very busy.  I also work full time as an Investigator for the U.S. Government.   I am a competitive athlete and love playing all sports.  I played two years of college volleyball.  When I get free time, I like to spend time with my friends and family going to the beach or hanging out on the boat.  We also love to scuba dive as a family.  I began CrossFit in 2013. I like to help others improve and develop their athletic skills and just have fun with members.  I want to promote a safe environment, support all members, and have fun! A interesting fun fact about me-  I am deathly afraid of SPIDERS!!!
