I was born and raised in the Tampa Bay Area and fell in love with fitness at a young age. I grew up racing motocross and eventually raced the professional class before going off to college. While in high school, I was a member of the weightlifting team and have a background in Olympic lifts and moreover, as Ryan would say, a specialty with the bench press.
I’ve been “crossfitting” for just under two years and a member of Aero for a year. My favorite thing about crossfit is the diversity, the sport is constantly evolving and no two workouts are the same. I fell in love with Aero on day one and believe that our gym truly has the best support system. Our members come in every day and strive to not only do the best that they can but to make sure the person next to them is doing the same. My goals as a coach are to share my passion for fitness with others and to do my best to inspire others to push their personal limits. I’m stickler about good form and believe that a strong foundation is the key to success.
When I’m not in the gym, I’m an attorney in Tampa and enjoy spending my “spare” time on my farm. A fun fact about myself is I used to work as a motorcycle instructor, riding Harleys, and taught the police motor officer course to civilians.
