Designed to sharpen your olympic lifts, our USAW certified coaches work with all levels, with focus on proper technique and execution. Included with membership.

CROSSFIT KIDS

For children ages 3-18. Based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency, and then Intensity. We emphasize on good movement throughout childhood and adolescence


 

VISITING?

Before you start your workout, a trainer will assist you in signing a waiver at the Wodify screen. We ask that drop-ins arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class so we can explain our program for the day. Once everything is squared away, switch on to high gear and let's go.
