I coach Mondays at 530p and 630p and Wednesdays at 530p. I graduated from the University of Central Florida with a BS in Electrical Engineering. GO KNIGHTS!

I was born in the Philippines but raised in the Tampa Bay area most of my life. Since my childhood, I have always been active - soccer was my sport. I played competitively winning several tournaments at the club level and districts and reaching state-semis in high school. In college, I played intramural flag football. Unfortunately, an ACL injury in 2001 set back my fitness goals for a few years. Eventually, I took up endurance training through running and road cycling and have competed as a  triathlete.  On a side note, I was also black belt in Tae Kwon Do, and have trained muay thai.

I discovered CrossFit in 2012 and eventually began competing a year later. The competitive nature of CrossFit drew me in, but the camaraderie and friendship is why I stick with it.

I began coaching in 2014 as an experiment, which has since been one of the best decisions in my life. To be part of an athletes growth and development over time is what I find most satisfying. Whether helping someone perform a pushup for the first time, or meet a new PR on a lift, I celebrate every tiny bit of success. Each time I walk through the bay doors of AERO, I approach each athlete with the same goal in mind: safe movement and efficiency with the highest awareness of technique. All while dropping old school hip-hop bangers all afternoon through the speakers.

FUN FACT: I run this thing called The HADJI Chronicles.
