  • Must have a love of learning. We'll be teaching you new moves and habits.
  • Must be willing to commit to coming into the gym 3x per week.
  • Must be willing to leave your ego at the door. CrossFit is humbling.
  • Must have the discipline to follow our nutrition plan. This is critical.
  • Must always keep a positive attitude and support other athletes. No negatives vibes.
  • Must enjoy working in a group environment. The energy at a CrossFit gym is infectious.
  • This is not a "biggest loser" type challenge. Not everybody will be coming in with the goal of weight loss. All transformations are welcome.
  • Must respect the rules of the gym. They're in place to set the culture. The culture is in place to give you the best workout experience possible.
  • Must be committed to making this change. This will not work if the coaches and I want to see you reach your goals more than you do!
  • Must commit to the entire 6 weeks. The first week is brutal. We need people who will be here until the end to reap all the benefits of their efforts.

TRACKED RESULTS

On the first and last day of the challenge you'll complete an InBody scan and work capacity test. The InBody will show you the change in body fat percentage and lean muscle mass and the work capacity test will show you your improvement in muscle and aerobic strength.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

For six weeks, you'll train in a small group setting with other challenge athletes. Together, you'll motivate each other to keep showing up and working hard. Space is limited and we only accept athletes we think will be a great fit.

Having a custom nutrition plan is so important for reaching your goals. You won't find another gym that puts in the time and effort to create a nutrition plan that works for you. Each athlete will have their own nutrition plan tailored to their goals. We don't have a one size fits all approach.

This challenge was created to introduce CrossFit to a broader population. We have personally seen how CrossFit can dramatically change the lives of those who commit to the process. This challenge was created to introduce CrossFit to those who would absolutely benefit from the training, but who may be too intimidated to come out and try it on their own.

We are trying to find the right men and women who will work hard, finish the full 6 weeks, and ultimately be an amazing representation of what is possible through CrossFit training.
